New Webtoon comic for the super hero contest.

However unlike my previous attempts, this time it doesn't really matter to me if I make it or not. This is a story very dear to me, that I've had in mind ever since I was a small child. It's a story I've expanded upon ever since. So even if I don't gain anything from this, I want to at least make this into a one-shot telling the origin of E-man, to fulfill my childhood dream
