Doctor Whooves - Chapter 5

Sorry I wanted to upload this yesterday but my deviantart just went crazy and wouldn't let me upload.

So guys this chapter will not be updated as frequent as the previous chapters I fear, since I'll focus on making the art better and the story is getting more difficult to write and plan out. Also School starts this wednesday, so yeah please bare with me.

On happier note, I hope to get part 1 out next week or so.

The artwork shows promise pertaining to the series of Doctor Whooves, yet I find the picture here with the chair interesting mostly due to the practicality of such device. The long saws are generally not used in a surgical setting, the needles do not look as if they can reach the specimen, the chair looks human, and cybermen have a metal core where the heart is to be but there is no indication of such in the contraption pictured, this also goes toward the metal casing of the body, but then again in the Doctor Who series the contraption came from the ceiling and no under parts were shown. I enjoy this picture none the less, and just wish for more vibrant colors, but the choice of duller colors does help with the cyber pony image. I enjoy the ways that the lights are portrayed in a practical manner, and your work with the lighting. The bottom of the picture with the smoke could be thickened towards the focal point of where the chair meets the floor for a depth affect, but overall I do enjoy the picture, it tells a story in itself and opens the imagination up as to what could happen. Good work!
